Terms of Service

These terms govern access to 亲声讲 (mamatale), a mobile app and backend service for children's story libraries, user voice profiles, and generated audio.

User Content

Users are responsible for the voice samples they upload. A user must have the right to upload and process any submitted voice recording.

Generated Audio

亲声讲 (mamatale) may create generated audio from story text and user-selected voice profiles. Generated audio is intended for personal and family listening, not for impersonation, fraud, harassment, or public misrepresentation.

Acceptable Use

Users may not upload unlawful content, attempt to clone another person's voice without permission, attack the service, or use generated audio for deceptive conduct.

Service Availability

The service may depend on cloud infrastructure and third-party model providers. We may change, suspend, or limit features when needed for security, reliability, provider availability, or compliance.

Intellectual Property

亲声讲 (mamatale) software, page content, and service design are owned by their respective owners. Public-domain or classic story material may be adapted for children's narration and is identified in the app where applicable.
